3. Removing stain and color or pressure marks
- If you happen to unfortunately develop stains or color marks on your doll, wash it immediately with soap water several times. It should fade away if the stain was spotted immediately and washed.
- Should the stain color did not wash away with soap and water you may try to gently wash the stained area with odorless mineral spirits.
- When you first recieve your doll, it is normal to find crease marks and pressure points on the doll. This is due to gravity and we need to pack the doll tight to avoid damaging the doll during shipment. If your doll develop dent or pressure marks due to prolong static positionging such as during shipping or with tight clothes or prolong storage then relieve contact and pressure point from that area and the dent or pressure marks will eventually fade. The marks will eventually go away or decrease signifcantly over time. It may be days or weeks before it completely fade away depending on your the amount of pressure.
4. Joints Stiffness
- When you initially purchase the doll, the joints may be somewhat hard to move. Not all joint may have the same tightness and this is due to a number of factors. However, if you find any joints too tight you should bend and twist the joints periodically. Overtime, the joints will loosen up and make it much easier to move. If you find one joint is stiff and another joint is loose, moving your tight joints over time will helps loosen it.
